ROTOSCOPING
Rotoscoping is an animation method that involves tracing motion picture footage. The term roto is derived from the acronym "rotation."
An artist rotoscopes a character by tracing around it to give a 3D impression frame by frame as their designs are moving with the object on the screen.
PAINT & CLEAN UP
The artists paint & clean up the backgrounds of live-action footage in order for the compositor to layer effects on top of it. They work on plates, which are either moving or static shots with no foreground activity or characters.
3D TRACKING
This is a method of matching the movement of a camera in a live-action film to a virtual camera in a 3D scene in visual effects. This is done so that computer-generated imagery (CGI) can be seamlessly integrated with live-action video.
COMPOSITING
The final element of the jigsaw is VFX compositing, which is required to make effects seem realistic. It merges animators', videographers', and special effects on which artist works to produce effects that blur the border between fiction and reality. This is often used in the post-production stage of film, television, or video game production to create a seamless and cohesive final image.
3D ASSETS
These are 3D modelling software-created digital representations of objects or characters. 3D models are frequently used to design landscapes, buildings, vehicles, or creatures in video games or films. They may be extremely detailed and changed in real time to create interactive experiences.
